Payment conditions

A deposit payment of 35% of the total price of the stay will be due on reservation.This sum will be taken off the total price to be paid on arrival and when keys are handed over. This deposit will not be reimbursed if the stay is cancelled. If you choose to shorten your stay, no monies will be reimbursed for the outstanding days.

We must be informed if you are to arrive late as your reservation will be considered cancelled as from noon the following day. Management reserves the right to make use of the mobile home and your deposit will not be returned.

Occupancy conditions

Rentals in season run from Saturday to Saturday. You can arrive as from 3 p.m. and you must vacate the location at 10 a.m. latest on the day of your departure. Out of season, these conditions are negotiable.

Those renting the locations agree to use them personally and keep them in a good, clean condition. A hoover is available for use at reception.

The number of occupants per mobile home must not exceed 4 people.

You will be asked for a guarantee cheque of 200 € on your arrival, and a cheque of 70€ for the property of the mobil-home. These cheques will be returned to you when you leave, providing that the property has not been damaged and that it is left in the same state as when rented out.

Numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of 4 adults with the possibility of 2 children under 10 years of age in certain mobile homes. There is a supplement of 20% on the basic price for a fifth person and 40% for a sixth personne over the age of one.

One dog only will be accepted per location and a 10% supplement on the basic price will be due. Cats are not accepted.
Per visitor and per day 2€ from 8 a.m.to 10 p.m.
For a second vehicule and per night 2€.

Equipment for all mobile homes

Refrigerator, cooker, cooking and cleaning equipment, crockery, 1 outside table with a parasol, 1 barbecue, 4 covers, 4 pillows, sheets and pillow cases are not supplied.

Prices include the location with a mobile home, 1 vehicle only per location, gas and electricity (10 amps) and all costs linked to the plot, hot water included.

Clients are held responsible for the equipment rented to them.
